To begin with, I am a big fan of Krita and draw with nothing else, but...
There seem to be some bugs in the latest versions. In 2.9.5 I was missing the palette (greyed out in dockers) and had saving problems(weird extensions) and no options to save colors. So today I reinstalled and got version 2.9.6.3. but the problems are still there. Is there a way to solve this? I am on windows 7 pro on a T520 Lenovo. https://www.dropbox.com/s/809nzal1ogw6rrd/greyed%20out%20palette%20krita.jpg?dl=0 - Levinedesiree- |

That is strange. Right now I am unable to see anything from that screenshot, because al I can see that there's no document open.
What you can do, is to look for the kritarc file in %appdata%/roaming folder on windows and delete it, or to start Krita with ctrl+shift+alt pressed. This will reset the configuration, and may fix your problem. |
