Okay, 2.9.7.1 is ready. The color space selector, MSVCP120.dll dependency, config file location and missing gsl is fixed. Translations aren't yet updated, that's for tomorrow! Please test while I continue plugging away at the release announcement

Now there's 2.9.7.2... With another fix for the x64 build and updated translations. If this one is fine, it'll be our release.

Just installed and ran 2.9.7.2. It shows "mismatching MD5 sums" warning dialog everytime I start Krita.
I have to click ok for 6 times for such dialogs that list resources from resource bundles I already had on PC. Is there a way to stop that warning dialog displayed? |

it works, but all my tags got messed up (brushes are missing from tags i assigned them too) the brushes still exist when i go to all brushes, but now i have to assign them to tags again.

I have a reliable crash when trying to use the vanishing point assistant. I create the ruler, chose a pencil brush, touch the canvas, and the program freezes and then closes (crashes). I haven't yet tried the other rulers/assistants, but this is a major issue for me on my system.

Hey, Artmessiah,
Could you check whether that's a regression compared to 2.9.6? We didn't, as far as I remember...., change anything in that part of the code! |

@Artmessiah,
What version of Krita are you on. I just tested out the Windows build for 2.9.7.2 on my Windows 8.1 machine. I tried doing some painting with a vanishing point assistant and it appears ok for me. |

Not completely true, I added single assistant snapping, remember? But if that would require actually turning on snapping in the first place(if you did turn on snapping, turn off snap single? To see if that's the cause?) |

Yeah, if you have snap single turned on along with the assistant box checked it will crash krita. If I turn off snap single, but keep the assistant box checked things work as they are supposed to woohoo! ![]() ![]() * Tried the newest 1 Sep 15 build and the issue seems to not be gone. |

Does it also happen with two assistants on the canvas? Or only with one?

I think it may have been a graphics card issue... I don't know. Everything is working as it should now in regards to the assistant tools. I've tried multiple assistants with snapping and assistant checked and I'm not having the issues I had previously. I updated my graphics card drivers so that may have fixed the issues. I'm still testing things out vigorously to make sure everything is good, but again, the assistant issue is gone. I freaking love Krita. |

2.9.7.3... This one doesn't complain when loading old bundles on Windows and has a fix for the default toolbox icon size on high dpi monitors.

![]() You forgot to upload the zip files for 2.9.7.3. (That, or it's taking a while?) 7.2 worked well yesterday, but I didn't have time to comment on it. No crashes or issues so far, but I would like to have 7.3 in zip form. ![]() |
