If my Windows mouse wheel scroll setting is "One screen at a time", launching Krita changes the setting to "Multiple lines at a time" with a distance of 100 lines (the max).

This causes Chrome to scroll a huge distance per wheel tick, instead of one screen. (Most other programs seem to limit the scroll distance to one screen, although Windows Explorer loses smooth scrolling in the process.)

Krita version: 2.9.7 (git 6577da7)

I've only tested on Windows 10; not sure if this happens in previous versions of Windows.

Let's see... qBittorrent is Qt-based, right? It doesn't happen with that.
