My tablet - Genius G-Pen F610
OS: Windows 10

When I use mouse then Krita work fine. But when I use tablet (move stylus or touch him on tablet surface) Krita always crashes.

I tried v.2.9.7 and now tried v.2.9.8, but result the same.

Same problem, same tablet.

Sometimes I have the same problem, Tablet Intuos Touch & Pen. Win 10.

Please check version 2.9.10, it's likely it might be fixed.

I'm using Windows 10 and Genius EasyPen F610E. Krita 2.9.6 and second 3.0 alpha build works fine, but 2.9.11 crashes when using tablet.

Genius tablets are knows to be problematic. "Fixing" the issue we have between 2.9.7 and 3.0 means breaking other tablets, so it's best for you to use either version which works.

I am again tryed Krita, when released pre-alpha. I download krita3-prealpha-b4bac8d from this link https://krita.org/item/first-krita-3-0-pre-alpha/ , and unzip it in Program files folder. I launched it and it work fine without any crashes with my tablet. But I download new version today from here link https://krita.org/item/krita-3-0-released/ and install it. It crashed again like a v.2.9
I trying downloading krita3-prealpha3-de0d43d from here https://krita.org/item/3-0-pre-alpha-3-is-out/ but it crashes too.

With my Genius tablet G-pen f610 working fine only old v3.0 relise krita3-prealpha-b4bac8d.

Hi, I had crashing problem, with the Krista 3 alpha and beta versions, not a problem with Krista 2.9 xx versions, But hey downloaded the install version of Krista 3 and guess what it don't crash, I am on widows 10 pro 64 on a HP dual AMD quad processor ie 8 cores 16gb ram 8 gb vram graphics card and a UGEE 1000L GRAPHICS TABLET not a glitch from the software so far.
So if you guys are having the problems with the Krista alpha or beta versions, give the msi version ago. I was surprised when it worked.

There is no msi version of Krita 3.0, but we worked around the bug in the ugee drivers in our latests builds:

Thanks. Today I download krita from this link https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kr ... ts/1594853 and it solved my problem.

Sorry what I meant was an installable Krita 3 as not an alpha or beta version. Thanks for letting us know you managed to get the ugee drivers sorted
