Animation Beta : brush issues

Mon Nov 30, 2015 3:51 am
Hi guys, i'm on a WIN7 machine here, and with the new animation build, all my custom brushes aren't behaving correctly at all.

It seems to be the pressure sensitivity, for some reason its just drawing thicker lines than it should be and i'm barely pressing down with my stylus. Its also producing blobs randomly in some cases. I'm slightly concerned because it has taken me a while to make all my brushes, and i hope that something hasn't broken the compatibility.

Is anyone else on windows machine experiencing this? (previous version works fine)

edit: ok I didn't notice the instant preview recommendations in the brush settings. Its probably fuzzy strokes, which is kinda of the whole point of the brush I made, :( I guess its an issue that will be resolved in time?

Well, we're hoping to see it fixed. The animation beta was mostly to find windows specific crashes and the like, neither feature is fully complete yet. Could you make an image with what is going on, and whether it also happens if you tn off the instant preview option in the brush settings(instant preview is per brush as well, so in the worst case only that brush won't have instant preview.)

ok , screenshot on right is how it should behave, left is with the beta. When I release pressure on the tablet, the stroke just gets thick again suddenly. The Entire stroke appears to be a bit blobby too, compared to before.

It still behaves the same with instant preview on or off
