What is this? Just a nag when starting up... nothing else happens...

Well, actually I did not open a file. I just started Krita and this came up. And I started Krita just now. Same thing again... Maybe I should "repair" Krita by starting it using the reset... so I held down the Shift key, and the TIFF nag was gone. But when I started it without the Shift key, it is there again... ??? Nag, nag...
