I am looking to use Krita for digital painting (currently using PS) but I immediately ran in some issues with my pen tablet.
I'm using a yiynova MVP22U which is working just fine in PS, zbrush, substance painter and other apps. Krita does register the strokes and pen pressure works fine however when I lift my pen from the screen and place it somewhere else, Krita draws a straight line between those two places on the screen. I checked the config and the pen pressure curve goes from 0 to 1 so that's not the problem. Is this a known bug? I tried googling but I couldn't find anything... |

It is a driver issue, and so we cannot fix it until we can reproduce what is going on:

Thanks for the response.
I noticed in that bug thread that is should work on krita 2.9 so I will have a go and try that. Because I'm new to Krita and not a power user, I don't think I will miss out on any new features and can wait for a fix. |
