Newbie: first time Krita-user.

I openend a new customized file, which opens with two layers. When I use my tablet I see changes in the box next to layer 1, not in the canvas. To see what I did I have to click the same box.

Why do I not see whatever I draw while doing it in the canvas?

Because you're one of the unlucky peoplew with a broken graphics driver: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_s ... _Intel_GPU . You'll have to check whether you can update your drivers, and if that doesn't work you'll have to disable opengl.

Could you tell us as exact as possible the brand and model of your computer, which display chip it contains and the version of the driver?

Ms Windows 10 Pro
Processor: Intel (R) Corel (TM) i7-2630 QM,
Processor Graphics uses Intel (R) HD Graphics

By the way: the installed Wacom Driver is: 6.3.20-7

I am having issues with my tablet since I cannot change the properties: Error: de tabletdriver is niet gevonden.
