Hi, my sister is having troubles with her Krita, she's using Windows 10, and the computer she's using isn't very good, but a few days ago Krita just stopped working correctly out of nowhere. She was using an older version of Krita (not sure what) and so I tried to uninstall and reinstall Krita but the problem persists on the newest version of Krita as well (3.1.2)
She's unable to zoom in and out of her canvas, or move her cursor while on the canvas, if she switches the brush she can move her canvas and draw, but it's extremely laggy, she tested with brushes that she used normally before with no lag, but now they take about a minute to load. She had no problems with Krita before so I have no idea what changed and made Krita not work like this?

Here's some pictures (Sorry, they're taken with a phone, my sisters keyboard didn't have a print screen button..)
I included some pictures of my sisters computer information too, in hopes that it can help you figure out the problem if you needed it

Hi,

Thanks for adding the extra information -- most people don't bother, and let us guess. From what you're telling, it's clear that a recent Windows update broke Krita on your sister's computer, just like it broke Krita on one of my test devices, though the symptoms are differnent. On my system, Krita crashes... Anyway, I will pass on your info to Intel, since it's their driver that's broken, and in the meantime, your sister can try to disable OpenGL in Krita (settings/configure krita/display) or roll back updates (not for the faint of heart).

I'm happy the extra information helped!
I disabled OpenGL for my sister, and now it's working for her, thank you!
