Resizing&Moving vector shapes with Ctrl+T (in 4.0)

It seems that vector shapes can be resized&moved by transformation tool(Ctrl+T), which is usually used to modify bitmap layers.
I'm wondering if this is intended. + Texts also seem to be able to resized&moved by it. |
