Hi, so I can confirm for you that under win 7 64bit Krita does not work with the Parblo coast 22 monitor tablet.

I run the tablet thingy within Krita and it reads where my stylus is, and I can draw and all that stuff within that little calibration box thing, and outside of that I can activate buttons in Krita with the stylus, I just can't draw with it as nothing happens when I try to draw on the canvas. The pointer/brush moves around, but it's like I haven't got the tip down on the screen.

There isn't much we can do about it. We know that Parblo ships some of the worst drivers in the industry (only Genius and Trust were worse), and that their drivers differ completely from version to version. We don't have the hardware to test with -- we don't even have a working Windows 7 system in any case. Chances are things work better with Wi ndows 10 and the Windows Ink api. But that doesn't help you :-(

No probbles. It was more a post to let you know really.

I know I'm a late adopter for everything, but I'll be updating to windows 10 in the next few weeks. I'm still win 7 because for all of my stuff, generally it works fine, so I never got the whole reason to install win 10 instead, and certainly not win 8.

I wish that any of you guys lived/worked close to me in the U.K. I'd so lend you my monitor tablet to help.

Do you think it would be worth it to fire off an email to them to get in touch with yourselves, or to ask them to try to make their monitor tablet drivers work with Krita on their end?

I certainly think it would be a good idea to tell Parblo about the problems and ask them to improve their driver.
