Pen only on Surface Pro 6

Thu May 30, 2019 3:58 pm
In ClipStudio and SketchBook Pro I can toggle pen input on and off to prevent my hand and fingers to make brush marks on my canvas paintings. I am used to rest my hand on screen when I make my illustrations. It makes it hard to use Krita on my Surface Pro 6.

"Pen Only" is what I need. Is there a control like that in Krita? I can not find it.

There is a mode similar in Krita, but it has a slightly different name.

Settings > Configure Krita > General section on left > Tools tab

There is a checkbox called "Enable Touch Painting". Turn that off.

I have a surface pro 4 and I usually leave that off too for the same reason.

Thank you Scott,
that was very helpful and I'm back illustrating in Krita again! :)
