Hello,
I installed Krita 4.1 from the Microsoft Store (and made the donation). I expected updates would be more or less immediate, but one week has passed since the release of 4.2, and it is still not in the Microsoft Store. I imagine there is a process of acceptance into the store, but how long does it usually take for the update to become available? It kind of beats the point of auto updates, checking continually and wondering if it would be better to uninstall from the store and install normally. Anyhow, I'm pretty impressed with Krita. It is an impressive program. Far easier to use than Gimp, and just as good for my meager photo retouching abilities, plus so much more for painting, and much prettier too. And it works fine with a Lenovo pressure sensitive pen on my Dell touchscreen laptop. But I want to see those improvements for 4K screens, and be simply satisfied to know it is up to date. Should I give up on MS Store? Thx |

It's not been a full week yes, but in any case, it's impossible to predict when Microsoft will accept the submission. Sometimes it happened the next day, sometimes it took two weeks, and once it took four weeks and a couple of tries...
