What does 'cache' folder store?

It's in C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\krita location, and has this one folder named 'qmlcache' with bunch of .qmlc, .jsc files.
I'm just qurious if it's ok to delete this files. It seems maybe responsible to some problems I'm having. :/

You can delete them; next time Krita starts, the cached files will be recreated.
