Hello there, I noticed that for some reason Krita does not have Soft Portrait which is a feature I need to add more realism to my images.

Posts about desired features are meant to go in the Krita Development section so you might want to consider doing that.

What do you mean by 'Soft Portrait'? Is it a selective focus thing or a lighting effect? Can you give references to articles about it or images to illustrate it?
Can't it be done with the existing tools and facilites?
