@sebas No worries, I didn't think you dragged trademark into the discussion. It came up before that and, frankly, I'm really ok with it coming up, I just wanted to push a little for a decision on this particular issue. Sorry to everyone if I was being a little too pushy.

actually i did, but was just because i kinda remebered about it and felt that may be important, but yeah, sorry if i made more noise than it should
