in the new kf 5 you can switch between breeze and breeze dark.

If you use breeze dark the color of the plasma apps and the panel will be dark. As I know this will be implemented with two plasma themes. would it be a good idea to have also two color schemes one light and one dark, so wenn you use the dark plasma theme you can use a dark color scheme (or light how you prevere).

I can not suggest to make this this a general (default) option, there's really some dance with random elements that absolutely dislike getting an inverted background (because they paint semi-hardcoded foreground and you end up with black on black. Often the cause is CSS "abuse").

Every application would have to adhere to this by itself, means it had to be modified and following some "sensible" idea of what should be inverted.

Even global white on black will cause trouble.

Having a Breeze Dark color scheme has always been the plan. If no dark scheme has been shipped with Plasma 5.0 yet, the only reason is that it hasn't been completed yet.
