Robert V: my intention was to have the same look and feel in all areas BUT the user should also know where he/she is. for example in grub the user can select the operation system in Plymouth the operation system was loaded in sddm the user select the user (and desktop environmental) and with the splash screen the DE will be loaded.

Nice idea, I think it needs to be evaluated.
