This is "breeze-settings" a tiny app that collects configuration options for the widget style and the window decoration (bypassing system-settings)
Works fine; but is missing an application icon.

A Breeze icon would be the new Plasma logo. But as your request is for an app that's a different kind of icon.

I've added this to the github repo., it's named breeze-settings.
