Hi visual design team!

While cleaning up my home folder, I rediscovered a mockup for a redesigned version of the Nepomuk website, which I had secretly started to work on over two years ago, and then continued to tweak every now and then, but ultimately abandoned when the Nepomuk KDE project was canceled.

Just for kicks, I updated the embedded icons/screenshots/fonts to more recent ones now, and looking at the result I think it would be a shame not to share it with anyone:
(It's rough of course, being a first-draft mockup and all. The Backgrounds and boxes should be considered placeholders - the idea was to replace the white backgrounds with a glassy grainy one like kde.org used to have back then, and then adapt the colorful boxes to something that looks good on top of it.)

Obviously the website will never go live now that Nepomuk-KDE is abandoned, but who knows, maybe some aspects of it can be salvaged in the future (e.g. for Baloo depending on the direction it continues to evolve in), or it might serve as inspiration in some form. In any case I think share.kde.org is a better resting place for it than my hard drive...

PS: Even though nothing will become of it, I would welcome any criticism of the mockup. I'm just an (occasional) amateur designer, but I'm always happy to learn and improve.

Cheers,

Sam
