Some missing icons in Firefox.
The left one is the context menu when right-clicking on a hyperlink. The right is the bookmark list. |

To be clear, you're talking about the icons that are falling back to the Tango theme? Otherwise, every application has certain menu items without an accompanying icon. No matter the icon theme or GTK version, Firefox is missing icons on many items. EDIT: It appears that, in every icon theme I can find, certain icons remain Tango-like in appearance. It would appear that either no major theme has sought to support them, or they've been hardcoded into Firefox.

In addition this icons are not from the gtk icon theme. you can do an Firefox breeze theme but most of the icons you can't change (I'm work on it two times now) the icons you can change I did. In addition the viewed icons are not that much a problem in my point of view. |

These icons are hardcoded in Firefox. Thunderbird also has icons that can't be replaced. |

The blue shade/background for the active window in the task bar makes it quite hard to see icons with a blue or green color:

Uh... guys, I can only re-iterate my point from a few pages back: please give more attention to breeze-dark, the recent update that changed the way active icons are highlighted has left breeze-dark utterly broken:

It looks fine. Clean your cache. |

Which one/where would that be? Also, the icons on your screenshot have a border, while mine do not. Which one is the correct behavior?

That should be "fixed" if you restart your session. There are probably some leftovers of the old theme in some cache. |

Found the ~/.cache/plasma_theme_breeze-dark_v5.16.kcache file and deleted it - did fix the theme, but there is a bug nonetheless: Note how there is no lower line on the launched, but out of focus launchers. |

There's a small problem with the Breeze-Dark theme and the "Link"(?) - color:
http://www.bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=a07670-1456512505.png The same applies to unread messages in Kontact/Kmail - the dark blue is a bit hard to read against the dark gray background. I didn't really find the appropriate color in the Color-KCM to change this setting, any hints? P.S. The forum wouldn't allow my image to be an inline image - should I use another image hoster?

That's a Qt bug. |
