Plasma 5 use default 22x22 icon on toolbar. I need add option switch icon size on toolbar for look-and-feel.
How add option use icon size 16x16 on Main toolbar? This Possible ?

You can change the standard toolbar size from 22 to 16 system settings (Advanced tab) or in each app with right click in the toolbar.

I know. look-and-feel set color-scheme, plasma-theme, ksplash, icon theme and etc. But option size icons for main toolbar not available?
And all application set 16x16 icons on main toolbar else change size on System Settings - Icons - Advanced:

My icon theme have settings for toolbar on index.theme:
