In Oxygen, the KMail icon has the filename "kmail2". This, due to historical reasons, causes all sorts of issues with other themes, which have "kmail". Given that KMail 2 has been around since the 4.6 era, I propose to rename the icon to "kmail".

Are there any objections to this?
