Assuming that the as updated Breeze palette is https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Usability/HIG/Color, the one linked at https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Usabi ... kupToolkit looks outdated. In this file Charcoal Grey is 334545 for example.

I don't think it's best idea if people look for official the color palette outside of our project in places such as https://github.com/denilsonsa/gimp-pale ... ded%29.gpl so I'd appreciate having a small update

PS: Then, on github Shade Black does not match the one from https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Usability/HIG/Color.
