As seems idea are still posted there (and that's good, even if logo on release won't change for some time) I feel obliged to share the idea of tweak i had.
it's more balanced, even if i still kept it asymmetric, as apparently was an important point, just not that much.
I think not just in the panel, but in general tends to work better
(and yes, its deep meaning is still absolutely nothing )

@Marco Not sure, it still feels wrongly aligned. I'd rather have it in a square for the panel, and with something else instead of the spinner for the splash (in the splash, the spinner looks out of place)
