Hello!

Current global menu applet uses custom design to mark its buttons' hovered and clicked states.

But at the same time many widgets on panel mark their activated (clicked) state with a blue line, and there is a slight hightlight, when we hovering an applet with mouse.

Task Manager also uses a blue line to indicate the focused window.

So, to be consistent, I think that global menu applet should also use blue line to indicate its buttons' clicked state and slight highlight to indicate hovered state.

Also, it would be great if dropdowns from global menu applet looked the same as dropdowns from applets on a panel.

Here is a very crude mockup:

What do you think?
