There is a bug report that Okular uses the same icon for three distinct functions / actions:

I am not that good at design not creative, so maybe someone can come up with some ideas / design of icons so that each action has its own icon.

Thank you for ideas. By the way, icons should somehow match Breeze style. As mentioned in bug report by Nate Graham it is Breeze issue (Okular uses Breeze icons).

Ok. It would be great to know the template for Breeze icons. I myself use Plasma 5.18 and almost default icon theme. From that, do you mean that you need thin black icons ? Any pointers will be great.

Concerning the two above I would make arrows somehow more resemble other Okular icons. Just my a subjective point of view. Maybe I would make arrows smaller a bit.

I like your zoom icon. Without grey, only black and white it would fit Breeze.

I think your zoom and my fit page could be accepted. I wonder what other users think.

There is also "Fit window to page" but I don't know how it works because this icons is inactive in my Dolphin and I don't know how it works. I have small screen to experiment more.
And it seems to me that zoom on my toolbar appears as menu with options to choose %. But maybe I confuse names of functions because I have them in my native language.

"Auto fit" has the same icon as "Zoom" and "Fit page" but we have made them.

"Fit window to page" has the same icon as "Fit width".
