I use blur and sharpen a lot and I've noticed when I use either it gives the edges of the artwork an ugly white border. You can see it in action re: the blur tool here, in an art timelapse I did (fast forwarded to the point in time where it happens) : https://youtu.be/4rT-A9YDnlU?t=9m15s
The sharpen one is less er...messy, so it's less a pain in the butt, but still annoying. I presume it sharpens the edges of the canvas and so lightens it in the process. They're both easy enough to fix with roundabout ways, like duplicating layers and only sharpening/blurring top one; but I figured it was worth reporting anyway~ Thank you! |
