I just discovered the library panel in photoshop and I think Krita would benefit from a similar thing - perhaps as a new docker. Comic book artist would appreciate a way to easily access (click and drag) saved word balloon shapes, text assets (Title art/Typography), and various layers or raster/vector images saved to a all in one place to access them. I discovered it while watching a fellow artist use this panel to put his saved graphic signature into his art work and saved Patreon image logos to his finished piece. Very neat tool. I don't want a copy of all photoshop things, but things that work should be incorporated into a better drawing program - Krita

Theoretically, something like that already exists, and has existed since 2007 or so. The shape docker was meant for that sort of thing, but we never made it easy to add shapes to the docker, it's all manual work, outside Krita...

Oh, ok. I wish it was a bit more intuitive and useful. I think something similar to the functions of the library panel would be awesome, but until a volunteer wants to write the code...Oh well. Thanks for the info Boud
