Timeline animation tool problem

I can't moving forwards or backwards(using left/right arrow) in timeline when I'm drawing (not inside Timeline toolbar). It's bug or implement in that way ?

Have you set frame step shortcuts to arrow keys in Krita? It's not default I think.
