In my opinion Krita should have option to import and export key shortcuts. I think of simple buttons Load and Save in shortcuts configuration dialog, importing/exporting file with same syntax like [Shortcuts] section of kritarc file. Idea is to allow artists to simply exchange and share their shortcut settings with other Krita users.

this feature has been worked on 3.0 , 3.0 has shortcut scheme system making it posible to store various schemes like photoshop scheme paint tool sai scheme etc in separate presets. i think the feature can also make it possible to share shortcut settings.
