HW : Toshiba c660 LT I3
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
Res : 1366 X 768
Krita Ver : 2.9.11 x64 ( Both MSI and Portable)

Problems :
1 - When i select "File" then "New", a window opened with very long size down my screen limit,
so the buttons from down are not Applicable (hidden) and when i tried to resize the window from above
it flips and return as it was, to overcome this problem i have to open any old file and try to resize
the canvas.

2 - At the same window when i try dragging right to enlarge the document types panel it sticks and refuse
to enlarge it.
