Hey hey, I have been selected for GSoC again! This time around, I'll be working on softproofing and making a good internal color selector for wid gamut editing.

Phabricator task is here: https://phabricator.kde.org/T2337

Update 21st of June:
Branch state: Stable.

So, soft-proofing and out-ofgamut-warnings works:

(left: softproofed+gamut warnings, upper-right: only softproofed, lower-right: original)

You can set it's configuration per image, and the softproofing itself is per view, so that you can keep on working on the non-softproofed version side-by-side to the softproofed version. The idea is that I'll be making Krita save and load this configuration, so that you can have per-image softproofing settings, which seemed useful to me for people who actually use softproofing.

I also added a begin to OCIO looks.
You can see those here, along with some more in depth information about the coding
Why I was researching it

I will probably be pushing the code this week.

Initial update:
I'll be starting somewhere during May.(If schoolwork permits O_O)
