I'm using Krita 3.0. I need to paint some pixelart. When I use Pixel1 brush I can't make continuous line. It leaves empty spaces on the entire line. Also making dot without moving mouse does not leave a pixel on image. Brush only paints when it moves. So using Krita for pixel-art is almost impossible.

Use the PixelArt_Round brush instead and set size to 1. It's what I do. Best of luck!

Ok, Thanks! PixelArt_Round works :-)
Still I'm thinking that Pixel1 brush is buggy. That's the reason why I'm writing in Development thread.
I tried different settings but it did not help.
Empty spaces shows up when size of the brush is 1pixel and I am painting with a mouse.
When painting with a wacom pen or painting with mouse and brush size 2 pixels line is continuous.

Yeah I can agree that it's buggy. I'll see if I can get it working and attach a fixed file later, when I have time.

Hi,
Yes it's a long known preset imperfection, and the workaround is actually easy: just check the sharpness setting in the brush editor.
I'll update the preset right now, should be fixed by default in next update.
