Krita interface language can be mixed,
Using the Primary language: Simplified Chinese, Then the Fallback language: Traditional Chinese ~ This can complement the translation,The lack of translation options can be displayed as "traditional Chinese"" Good~ ![]() ![]() |

How is it going with the other zh-CN translators? Is it going to be integrated in the proper translation?

Krita.AppImage set up in "Simplified Chinese" and also show all the English, so I translated. (Default there is no "Simplified Chinese" document?) There are some errors in the "Simplified Chinese" translation of kde-zh_CN.(72%,Unavailable) |

I think he means to ask whether you were able to contact the official zh_CN team. It would be nice if we could make your translation efforts part of the official package ![]() |

I've mailed the coordinating kde-i18n-doc mailing list asking what to do when a translation team seems to be dead. Personally, I care a lot about having good Chinese translations, but I cannot commit them either, despite being the Krita maintainer.

It is relatively easy to revive a translation team.
1. Send a message to kde-i18n-doc@kde.org 2. Send some work (krita.po) to Albert Astals Cid to prove that you can make valid (in a sense of Gettext) translations. 3. Use your KDE identity from this forum to commit translations: a) Get a copy of Calligra repo (you just need krita.po and its satellites): svn co svn+ssh://svn@svn.kde.org/home/kde/trun ... s/calligra b) Use any Subversion client (Kdesvn, TortoiseSVN etc.) to commit your work and receive updates as a daily routine. Happy translating! |

Are we sure that the zh_CN team is dead?
I don't see any email about Krita on the kde-china mailing list: https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-chin ... hread.html Did you subscribe to the list? The list is apparently referenced from the page here: https://community.kde.org/KDE_Localization/zh-cn
