This should be under [ Settings > Configure Krita > Keyboard Shortcuts > Menu > Brushes and Stuff > Color ]
But setting a shortcut for that does nothing except change the cursor. It can be a bug, or maybe it's because the "Color" button on the "Brushes and Stuff" toolbar have multiple functions depending on where you click it. You can use Shift + I to show the "Advanced Color Selector" docker as a popup. You can change the shortcut for it on [ Settings > Configure Krita > Keyboard Shortcuts > Krita > General > Show Color Selector ] |
