Hello!

I wonder If someone here posseses the skill of coding Krita 3.1 so its compatible with Windows 10 and intelHD Graphics 3000?
I'm currently running Windows 10 with an i3 2d gen processor (with integrated HD graphics 3000) so I would be so so endlessly grateful if someone could work that code...and maybe more people have the same issue?

A wide range of compatibility is great for Krita, so why shouldn't it be able to work on older devices?

Hope this starts a discussion...Krita should be usable by all people, in my point of view :)

Why are you saying that Krita is specifically incompatible with this one integrated Intel card?

Because what we have noticed is that bugs are showing up due to Intel graphics drivers being broken. A lot of people's integrated cards work just fine with Krita, and we suspect it is because they don't have the broken versions of the drivers installed. But we don't know which drivers are the ones that are buggy because most people don't tell us which drivers they have :( And even if we knew, we can't fix bugs in those drivers, because the drivers are owned and made by Intel, not us.

According to the list http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html found on Krita's download page? It's says its incompatible the combo Windows 10 and IntelHD 3000?

I'm gonna upgrade my processor soon, so that might do the trick then? Even if its with another IntelHD3000?

Krita web site just gives you the link to Intel, Krita is not related to Intel or their software, thus is up to the drivers offered for your windows10 to work or not. If you get a new processor I doubt you will get an integrated hd3000, since is not supported by the manufacturer any more check this http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ ... -3000.html unless you are going to buy a really old piece, which I wouldn't recommend.

May not be for you but there is also linux, many people has given a few more years of life to their computers by using linux instead of windows.

If you upgrade your pcu, go for the newest your budget allows even if is used (check for compatibility with motherboards too) is no use on investing in old hardware (experience talking here) : )
