1. I suggest making tutorial videos and monetizing in Youtube - you don't need to be a great artist, just show how the tool works and what they're capable of. Yes, monetize it! Many "free" games live based on ADs and many Youtubers get a good income out of that.
2. Gather a support team on Patreon or something similar. I believe many artists wouldn't mind giving 1 dollar monthly, but remembering to do so might fail, and receiving an email to do so might seem negative. Sorry, I didn't see is possible to make a monthly donation. But I think it's interesting to post progress screenshots, other images and videos in Patreon. anyone else have tips? |
