Hello,
I have been trying to configure Krita so that it would allow moving and zooming canvas without clicking mouse 1 button or tablet pen down. I used to use MyPaint a lot and this was the way it worked there, so I am very used to it. Basically I would like to press SPACE and just move my mouse or hover my tablet pen over the tablet in order to move the canvas. The default behaviour makes you to press SPACE, click mouse1 down and then move your mouse in order to move the canvas. Same thing with zooming the canvas, CTRL + SPACE + mb1 + move mouse. As far as I know it is impossible to configure this kind of setup through the user interface and requires changes to the code. |

The way Qt handles keyboard events makes that impossible. You'll just have to get used to way Krita works, I'm afraid.

That is very unfortunate to hear. Well, thanks for clearing that up.
