Selection improvement

Fri May 26, 2017 8:56 pm
I tried a quick search but it seemed too much trouble to go through the results to see if this is already in the to do list.

1. While using any of the selection tools it's very hard to see the selection lines against a dark background, specially Polygonal and Bezier Curve selection tools.
It would be more interesting that if, instead of black, the line becomes "inverted color" or simply dashed black and white.

2. This seems like a bug.
After hiding the selection the Contiguous selection tool becomes crazy.
While the selection is hidden, trying to use Contiguous selection renders no selection.
And even after showing the selection again, the tool becomes inoperative.
The work around that I've found is to select all (Ctrl+A) then use the Contiguous sel. with intersection modifiers (Ctrl+Shift+Click) and then the tool starts to work again like normal.
