Hey! I wish I could use Krita in my job - I'm 3d graphic. I'm using Photoshop mostly for modifying textures and it's channels.
It is so easy in PS, you just ALT+CLICK to work on specific channel to modify it. Having special dock only for channels is just great. And then, using Krita, where I need to separate those channels manually, set their mixing properly - it's really bad when you want to do it every day on multiple objects. Is it possible to make special channel dock with easy selecting & modifying possibility? ...Or at least quick separate with setting mixing attributes? |

Actually, there is layer property which allows you to turn off channels, and you can apply different layers to mix with different channels. You could group the entire project layers, and then add 3 group layers with inherit alpha property applied, and use 3 different clone layers. That's the closest you're going to get to modify different channels. |
