Like we can group Brush, can we also group font ?
Like Add Font1 and Font2 to Comic Group
And Font3 and Font4 to Manga Group

No, that's not currently possible. Someone will have to add tagging to the font selector, but that had better wait until the tagging system rewrite is done. And then it needs someone to step up.
