The selected color does not get selected in Popup Palette if mb1 is being held down when the Popup palette is being closed. I doubt this behavior is intended since opening the Popup Palette second time shows the color as selected that should have been selected last time. This gets old very quickly especially with similar colors since you might not notice the difference right away.
