Hi,
I am new to using Krita, but a longtime user of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I am a fashion designer and I create my textile surface print designs which means creating repeat patterns with ease is a priority for me. I would like to suggest more options for the wrap around tool. Today the wrap around tool only assists in making a standard grid repeat pattern but this tool would be more robust if there were options such as type of repeat (standard, brick, etc.) , type of drop/offset repeat (1/2, 3/4, etc), and how much overlap the pattern should have. Adobe Illustrator pattern editor is a great example of this, I just find Illustrator limiting when making more painterly patterns. Here are some screen shots to show examples of the pattern editor in AI.
