The controls don't have tool-tips and the 'Switch To' button is greyed out, giving the impression that it hasn't been implemented yet even though it does work.

Is it still in development and subject to change?

The functionality is finished. "Switch to" button appears grey in light themes, but it is working mostly properly. It is a problem of the ui, which I agree. I will add tooltips to the buttons. Thank you for your suggestions.
