About the 'Stroke Selection' feature

It seems the line is not drawn outside the selection. I guess it's not intentional?

+Maybe it would be nice to have an option to select where to draw the line: outside/inside/center.

When you're painting something with selections, yes. But the Stroke Selection feature is to create lines along the selection outlines, so it doesn't necessarily need to have that restriction.

The official manual page also has some example pictures describing how it's supposed to work. https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_man ... ction.html

I thought about writing a bug report but I wasn't sure if it's the case...

Oh, it is certainly a bug, it should ignore selection:

reported as bug here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409254
