Adding a feature like this to layer properties or styles would be really good for scrolling, looping animations. the user could drag the layer left/right/up/down and it would loop over and over. Maybe change the loop points of the layer, which directions/the angle it loops at

Also please add a feature to show/draw pixels of the selected layer that are off the canvas on the regular view if not added yet. this would also make things like scrolling backgrounds likely easier to work with so you don't need to drag the outside-canvas part into the canvas when you want to work on that part of the layer
