Better Hi-DPI support for 2560x1440 resolution?

Hello. I now use Krita on a Huion Kamvas Pro 24 display tablet. It has a 2560x1440 dpi resolution that's smaller than 4K but bigger than full HD. When I'm not on a dual monitor setup the menu text becomes too small for my liking. My Windows 10 OS is already set to enlarge text at 125% but what I get is still too small for comfort. Can this be addressed by the time Krita 5 is past the beta stage?

Not totally satisfactorily, since fractional hidpi support in Qt is lacking a bit, but initial support for that is already in 5.0 beta 1 (and 4.4.7 and 4.4.8). You can also change the size of the user interface font in Krita's settings.

Thanks for that. I wasn't aware that was possible.

But I hope the scaling issue is improved in Krita 5. Whenever I'm zooming what's temporarily registered on the canvas doesn't match what the UI says. For example when I zoom to 100% the temporary indicator says 80%, but the Overview panel and bottom zoom UI say 100%.

Sorry, no, it will be exactly the same.
