I have a suggestion for the brush tip that would be very helpful. Can the ratio setting be shown in the brush tip? I sometime squeeze my brush tips and it would help if I could actually see the shape of my brush tip to have better control - especially when painting details.

And there's still that bug in Krita that I've already noticed when I last tried Krita a few years ago. The brush tip shape often flickers when you have the rotation set to the pen rotation. If quickly switched back to the default rotation and then back to the actual rotation. This is rather distracting when you paint a lot of quick strokes. It would be awesome, if that could be looked at as well.

Otherwise Krita 5 is a massive improvement over Krita 4.
