Please overhaul the aspect ratio system in Krita

Please make it so aspect ratio is written as 16:9 or 4:3 when cropping, instead of 1.78 and 1.33.
Its easier for the casual person to work with aspect ratios in 16:9 format than in 1.78 decimal
